What is Bloom?

Bloom is a Saturday program at the Roots Community Space for kids ranging from Kindergarten to 7th grade. This will be a level specific Islamic/Character building program that has a focus on the method of interactive learning.

• 10:45 AM Drop-Off / 1:45 PM PM - Pick-Up

Where is Bloom?

Bloom will take place at 4200 International Parkway, inside the Qalam Multipurpose Hall.

What is the Curriculum at Bloom?

Level 1 (Kindergarten):

• Lead Teacher - Sr. Zoya Parupia

    • Who is Allah? Knowing His names and attributes

    • Introduction to the five pillars

    • Manners and Etiquettes of a Muslim (Level 1)

Level 2 (1st Grade):

    • Stories of the Prophets and Companions

    • Building on the five pillars

    • Introduction to the Seerah of the Prophet (S)

    • Manners and Etiquettes of a Muslim (Level 2)

Level 3 (2nd-3rd Grade):

    • Practical Islam: Step by Step of

Level 5 (6th and 7th Grade):

      • Juz ‘Amma (30th Section of the Qu'r’an) Meaning and Application

What does a day at Bloom look like?

• 10:45 AM: Check-In & Morning Meet Up

• 11 AM: Block 1

• 11:45 AM: Lunch

• 12:15 PM: Activity Period

  • Bloom understands and appreciates that organized group activity/play is huge component of a child’s development. Because of this, we have specifically catered an entire effort for our Activity Block. Sr. Katia Kashkash will be our Activities Director, who will lesson plan all activities for each grade level and fill them with organized, engaging, and team building games.

• 1 PM: Block 2

• 1:45 PM: Check - Out & End of Day

How do I pay for Bloom?

• Ticket Tailor will offer three options:

  • Full tuition payment through Stripe: $1260.00 per student

  • Four installments of $315.00 through PayPal PayLater. (for one ticket)

  • Monthly payments through PayPal PayLater for orders of two or more.
